I expected a good family friendly trip, but instead I encountered poor service, delays, unprofessional behavior from the Manager, and rude employees. This was especially frustrating because this was my wife and I's anniversary trip, and we would have went elsewhere had I known this place to be such a circus. I believe that the business could improve by buying newer, less prone to break-down equipment, providing basic nessecities to its customers, and getting rid of that Suzie woman. She was a very crude and unrefined woman. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend them at this…”
